What you will do

- • Work closely with talent acquisition partners to deliver an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Assist in creating the team’s best practices and related SOPs.
• Use our Applicant Tracking System to review and verify the accuracy of the information for job requests.
• Verify that filed requisitions are approved.
• Oversee the scheduling of internal and external candidate interviews and associated preparations. It is beneficial to have prior experience organizing large-scale in-person interviews.
• Carry out and oversee background checks on candidates, reporting findings to TA Partners.
• Verify that the candidates’ most recent and correct status is reflected in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Encourage both online and offline hiring campaigns and events.
• To guarantee that hiring goals are met, cooperate with the HR and talent acquisition departments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Fresher (NO PURSUING)
- 0- 5 years experience in technical support only into International voice
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring
objectives and processes
• Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying
and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process
• Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
• Create job offers
• Respond to candidate and employee inquiries through shared mailboxes.
