Selection Process
The selection process for EXIM Bank Management Trainee posts includes:
Written Examination (Subjective)
Financial Statements & Professional Knowledge
Total Marks: 100
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Personal Interview
Final Selection Weightage
Written Examination – 70%
Interview – 30%
There is no sectional cut-off in the written examination.
Salary, Training & Career Growth
Monthly Stipend during Training: ₹65,000
Training Period: 1 year
Post Training Designation: Deputy Manager (Junior Management – Scale I)
Education Required:
Candidates must fulfill the following academic requirements:
Graduation:
Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
Full-time course of at least 3 years
Post-Graduation / Professional Qualification:
MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade
OR
Chartered Accountant (CA) with mandatory ICAI membership
Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
Candidates appearing for the final examination in January 2026 are eligible to apply, subject to submission of proof of qualification by 01 June 2026.
