JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP RRBs XIV) to fill vacancies for Group “A” Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in various Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India. This is one of the biggest banking recruitment drives for aspirants looking to build a career in government banks.

Experience and Educational Background
An office assistant should have a bachelor’s degree in any field, be fluent in the local tongue, and have some computer skills.
Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in any field, with an emphasis on management, IT, agriculture, law, economics, etc.
Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Two years of banking or financial experience plus a minimum of 50% on graduation.
Officer Scale II (Specialists): Depending on the position, specific degrees such as IT, CA, Law, MBA, or Agriculture are required, along with one to two years of experience.
Officer Scale III: Five years of banking or finance experience plus a minimum of 50% on graduation.

Office Assistants & Officer Scale I – Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English/Hindi, Quantitative Aptitude.
Officer Scale II & III (Single Exam): Reasoning, Financial Awareness, Professional Knowledge (for Specialists), English/Hindi, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation.👉 Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer.
