The Indian Army has officially released the TES-55 Notification 2025, inviting applications from unmarried male candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and appeared for JEE (Main) 2025. 🔹 Selection Procedure
Applications are shortlisted according to PCM % in Class 12 and JEE (Main) 2025 scores.
Candidates who have been shortlisted will be invited to the SSB interview at one of the selection centers (Allahabad, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Kapurthala).
Medical Examination: SSB-recommended candidates will go through medical fitness assessments.
Based on SSB performance and medical fitness, the final merit list is created.
Details of the Training
Five years of training in total
One year at the Gaya Officer Training Academy (OTA)
Four years of technical education at MCEME Secunderabad, MCTE Mhow, or CME Pune
Award: Upon completion, candidates will receive a Lieutenant Permanent Commission in the Indian Army.
Education Required:
🔹 Qualifications for Eligibility: Education
Candidates must have completed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in their 10+2 coursework.
Candidates must have taken the 2025 JEE (Main) test.
Maximum Age
Age requirement: 16½ years
Age limit: 19½ years
The applicant cannot have been born before January 02, 2006, or after January 01, 2009.

- Openings. Ninety (90), The available spots are tentative and subject to change based on the Cadets Training Wings’ (CTWs) training capacity for this course. Depending on the organizational need at the moment, the number of openings may rise or fall.
Commission Type. Cadets who successfully complete the four-year program will be awarded a Permanent Commission in the Army with the rank of Lieutenant (Lt.).
Instruction. Four years of instruction will be provided in the Pre-Commissioned Training Academies (PCTA) listed below. Here are the specifics: –
Phase-I: Cadets Training Wings, situated at CME, Pune/MCTE, Mhow/MCEME, Secunderabad, provided three years of integrated basic military training and engineering training.
Phase-II: One year of combined engineering and basic military training at IMA, Dehradun.
