Education Required:
Educational Qualifications (Stream-wise):
General: Graduation with a Master’s in any discipline.
Finance: Bachelor’s with professional certifications like CA, CFA, CMA.
IT: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, etc.
Legal: LLB from a recognized university.
Official Language: Postgraduate in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at the Bachelor’s level.
Actuarial: Graduation with actuarial certification passed from recognized institutions.
Research/Statistics: Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics/Mathematics.

🧪 Selection Process
The recruitment will happen in three phases:
Phase I – Preliminary Online Exam
Objective type
Includes reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, English, and stream-specific subjects
Weightage: 85%
Phase II – Mains Online Exam
Descriptive and Objective type questions based on stream and English writing skills
Phase III – Interview
Weightage: 15%
Final selection will be based on combined scores of Phase II and Interview.

SALARY :
Basic Pay: ₹44,500 per month
Gross Salary (including allowances): Around ₹1,57,000 per month
Perks: Qualification Allowance, Medical Benefits, Housing Allowance, etc.
Additional Qualification Benefits: Candidates with CA, CFA, PhD, etc. may receive up to ₹80,000 additional per year
Probation Period: 1 year
