JOB DESCRIPTION:

- As a crucial component of our team, the Doubt Faculty is committed to making sure that students understand the material covered in the courses. As part of this role, you will be in charge of clearing up any questions regarding slides and lectures on our PW platform, for both live and recorded sessions. Your main goal is to provide excellent doubt resolution that follows set protocols, thereby improving students’ entire educational experience.

What you will do

- Engage in live instruction and respond to students’ questions in the designated batches.
To ensure uniformity and preserve quality standards, adhere to the specified procedures for resolving doubts.
Keep an eye on the process of answering questions from students and make sure that their concerns are promptly resolved.
Resolve assigned questions in the shortest amount of time possible to guarantee prompt responses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
