- Salary – Upto 16,000/- CTC + Quarterly Bonus Rs.3,894/-
1. Scope of work proposed to be handled:
Service Partner will handle all voice calls from ZOMATO Delivery partners, required languages are Hindi and English
All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Screening Rounds:
- HR Round
- Voice Versant test Level 4 Minimum
- Operations Interview
Education Required:
- Eligibility – 12th Pass/Graduates Eligible
- (Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply)

1.You must have Good communication in English
2. You must be Fresher & Experience / Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
3. You need to have Experienced candidates must have a minimum 6 Months of post-training documented experience in any customer service Any Experience
4. Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
5. Six days working/ rotational off
6. Immediate joining
7. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
8. Candidates must have their own device Laptop/ PC with Windows 10 Pro & Wi-Fi.
