The ideal candidate would have outstanding communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will have a laptop with 8GB of RAM.
The candidate should have 40 MBPS or faster Wi-Fi.Undergraduates and Graduates
Working entirely from home (WFH)
One rotating week off and six working days.
Nine-hour shift which is 24 hours a day, 8 hours of production, and 1 hour of break
1. Scope of work proposed to be handled:
Service Partner will handle all voice calls from ZOMATO Delivery partners, required languages are Hindi and English
All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi.
Screening Rounds:
- HR Round
- Voice Versant test Level 4 Minimum
- Operations Interview
Education Required:
- Eligibility – 12th Pass/Graduates Eligible

3. You need to have Experienced candidates must have a minimum 6 Months of post-training documented experience in any customer service Any Experience
4. Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.

7. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.
