StockHolding has released an official notification for the recruitment of Officer Trainee – IT for the recruitment year 2025–26. The recruitment will be conducted through online application, online test, and interview, and selected candidates will be appointed as Officer Trainee (OT) with attractive monthly remuneration and structured career growth.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

Preliminary Screening

Online Test

Interview

Candidates must qualify in each stage to move to the next level of the recruitment process.

II Logical Ability 24
III Quantitative Ability 14
IV Oracle PL/SQL 13
V Advanced Manual Testing 12

Duration: 2 Hours (Approx.)

Minimum Passing Marks:

40% in each section

40% overall

📌 Passing all sections is mandatory.

Interview & Final Merit List

Interviews will be conducted preferably in virtual mode

Final merit list will be prepared based on interview performance

In case of tie, older candidate will be ranked higher

A waiting list may be maintained for 6 months

Training, Bond & Career Progression

Selected candidates will join as Officer Trainee (OT)

Training Period: 1 Year

Education Required:

Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply.

Age Limit (as on 1 December 2025)

Minimum Age: 21 Years

Maximum Age: Less than 28 Years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the required qualification as on 1 December 2025.

Eligible Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics with minimum 60% marks

MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent Post Graduation with minimum 60% marks

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of Software Testing concepts
Quick learner with willingness to accept responsibility
Functional knowledge of Capital Markets will be an added advantage
