JOB DESCRIPTION:
In keeping with its innovative spirit, Wipro Technologies launched the School for IT Infrastructure Management (SIM), a ground-breaking paradigm in higher education.
The SIM program gives diploma holders the chance to work full-time at Wipro and earn a B. Tech in Information Systems from a university designated as a “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) by the Indian government. Wipro will fund the B. Tech degree.
Wipro is able to prepare some of the top diploma holders to meet the difficulties of the ever-changing information technology industry by providing them with the proper training in both platform and behavioral skills.

Any educational gaps between the tenth grade and the start of the diploma program may not exceed three years.
Only diploma programs offered full-time are accepted. The diploma program does not provide correspondence, part-time, or distance learning courses.
Core mathematics must be studied as one of the diploma’s required subjects.
Applied mathematics and business mathematics will not be regarded as core mathematics for the diploma.
In grades 10 and 12, open school, distance learning, or both are permitted.
There can be no more than one backlog until the evaluation procedure is finished. In addition to the sixth semester, candidates must clear the backlogs.

Eligibility
At least 50% of students must have a diploma in computer science, information technology, electronics, telecommunication, computer engineering, electronics and communication, computer technology, computer science and technology, or electrical and electronics engineering.

Evaluation Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment
Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:
- Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
- Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
- Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 2 – Business discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
Service Agreement
48 months. Please note: You are liable to payback joining bonus on pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.
