Role:IT Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: work from home/BANGALORE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Works with team to debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop,
apply, and maintain quality standards. - Participates with team to develop, modifiy and execute software test plans, automated scripts and
programs for testing. Participates in working on analyzing and writing test standards and
procedures.- Develops automated test scripts using Tosca on Salesforce.com CRM and Force.com application
- Supports the development of test results documentation to assist in debugging and modification
of software. - Analyzes less complex test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective
action. - Works with application and infrastructure teams to contriubute to the resolution of problems.
