Important
- PROBATION PERIOD: After joining the Bank, the chosen applicants will be on probation for two years of continuous employment.
- SERVICE INDEMNITY BOND: The chosen applicants must sign a Service Indemnity Bond committing them to work for the Bank for at least three years or to reimburse the Bank for Rs. 2,00,000.00 (Rs. Two Lakh Only) plus any applicable taxes in the event that they depart the Bank before completing three years of active service.
- SELECTION PROCEDURE: Depending on the volume of applications and qualified candidates, the selection process may include an online exam, a group discussion (if held), application screening, and/or a personal interview. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the
candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is
left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question. - Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
