JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will report to a Customer Success Manager and support a shared portfolio of accounts, taking on the operational side of the customer lifecycle: arranging and leading onboarding calls, maintaining up-to-date health-score trackers, following up on renewal paperwork, and preparing the account update decks that the CSM presents. You will observe account reviews to see how the senior team navigates difficult conversations, then begin managing small accounts on your own within your first two quarters.
Day to day
Handle onboarding logistics and early product adoption check-ins for new customers
Ensure CRM records, health scores, and renewal dates stay accurate and up to date
Prepare account summaries and review materials for the CSM to present
Answer first-line customer questions and forward anything complex to the appropriate owner
Identify at-risk accounts early using usage data and support-ticket signals

  To bring on its first Customer Success Associate, this SaaS company has teamed up with Flexiple, the managed marketplace that assists global businesses in building high-performing teams and GCCs in India. The founding CSMs are looking for someone to handle renewals administration, onboarding logistics, and account housekeeping so they can concentrate on strategy, and who is eager to learn the CS craft by working alongside them. This position is remote and open to candidates across India.

What you would contribute
Between zero and three years of work experience, ideally with some background in customer-facing roles, account coordination, or a busy support desk. You can navigate spreadsheets and CRM records with ease, communicate in writing clearly, and don’t require every task to be explained twice. Being available for some overlap with US or UK time zones on certain days is more important than knowing a particular set of tools.
Good to have, but not mandatory
Any previous internship or job involving customer support, sales operations, or account management
Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Intercom, or Gainsight
A knack for learning new SaaS products quickly
