Use Salesforce, Tableau, and associated platforms to provide clear lead, pipeline, and performance reporting.
Assign incoming and outgoing leads accurately by account, region, and industry.
Review lead and opportunity quality and process execution in collaboration with managers.Encourage target attainment, performance monitoring, and BDR forecasting.
Create succinct leadership performance summaries on a weekly and monthly basis.
Preserve the integrity of the pipeline and the correctness of Salesforce data.
Find reporting gaps and promote improvements in data consistency.
Make efficient use of prospecting and sales tools to facilitate BDR success.
In order to assist outward and operational rhythms, promptly provide analysis and research.
To increase productivity and alignment, work across functional boundaries and document procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via GoogleÂ
- You should have strong attention to detailÂ
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to two years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or a similar function are eligible for this position.
This role requires adhering to standardized protocols for lead assignment, opportunity review, and reporting, thus being process-driven is essential. All operational duties can be made more accurate and consistent by using a methodical approach.
This position, which calls for defining and meeting goals, supporting BDR forecasting, and proactively identifying areas for performance and reporting improvement, is ideal for a goal-oriented, extremely self-assured, and self-motivated individual.
Because the position requires managing several projects, creating timely analysis, and providing weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership, excellent time management and organizational abilities are crucial.
