What you will do
- Any skills related to the role

- Act as the Service Desk’s initial point of contact for end users who report IT problems.
Accurately record, monitor, and resolve Service Desk tickets within predetermined SLAs.
To reduce interruption and downtime, troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
Work together to escalate and resolve complicated situations with internal IT teams.
Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate quicker resolutions.
Education Required:
3 YEAR Any Graduation
- Students graduating in 2025 and 2026 from any 3-year UG degree (Bcom ,BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS, etc.) are eligible to apply.
- Students currently enrolled into full time post graduate courses are not eligible.
