This is a shift that rotates five days a week: morning (2:00 AM to 10:30 AM IST), afternoon (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST), and evening (6:00 PM to 2:30 AM IST).

What you will do

- Taking responsibility for consumer complaints and resolving issues
Walking consumers through products and answering their questions
Investigating, identifying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting customer issues
Give clients timely and accurate feedback.
Make sure that every issue is properly recorded and closed.
responding to inquiries via live video calls, phone calls, and emails.
Finding methods to go above and beyond to assist clients

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- You should have worked in any relevant position or field for no more than two years.

85% or above in math during the tenth grade.
prior work experience in customer service or at a startup.
Strong analytical background—a lot of math and figures go into our product!
Strong interpersonal, written, presenting, and verbal communication abilities
Knowledge with databases (including SQL queries), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge with Zohodesk or comparable support/service software
