JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a chance to support the development of Canva’s marketing presence across all touchpoints for Indian users. You’ll design and produce content that appears on Canva’s site, in the product itself, on Indian users’ social media feeds, and on YouTube, where hundreds of millions of Indians look for inspiration, tools, and how-tos every day.
The India Marketing team will work directly with you, giving you clear guidance and opportunities to hone your skills. This is not a one-channel position; your responsibilities will include content planning, script writing, product interface copywriting, content production, working with agencies to create production-intensive material, and CMS management. You will see firsthand what full-funnel content marketing looks like in one of the most fascinating digital markets on the planet.

What you will do

- Make sure that every piece of information is tailored to the context in which it appears by planning it across touchpoints, such as social media advertisements, YouTube tutorials, and product surfaces.
  To ensure that the marketing team always has new, tested material to work with, script and create a bank of short-form video content for various touchpoints.
  To create production-heavy content, particularly video content, brief and collaborate with internal creative teams or outside agencies.
  Try out different content formats for Canva’s product surfaces, such as the homepage, landing pages, and other surfaces like learning cards, videos, and highlights.
  Oversee the entire content execution process, including content scheduling, CMS uploads, and A/B testing on various platforms and surfaces.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- You write intelligibly and adaptably in a variety of media, including product interface language, instructive video copy, and snappy short scripts.
  You are an enthusiastic Canva user who is well-versed in the product’s use cases and workflows. As such, you can speak with confidence about what Canva can accomplish, and your material naturally reflects this knowledge.
  Before you write or brief a single word, you automatically consider “where will someone see this, and what do they need from it at that moment?” because you think in channels and touchpoints.
  You have a strong screen presence and are at ease in front of the camera to represent a company like Canva in India.
