You are our content’s packaging specialist. If no one clicks on a top-notch video, it is worthless, and you are the one who makes sure they do. It is your responsibility to transform a video’s main hook into a powerful image that sticks out in a congested feed. Working in an AI-first setting, you will use generative technologies to produce assets and variations that would require hours of manual labor.

- You create thumbnails that quickly convey a narrative. You know how to direct the viewer’s attention precisely where you want it using color theory, composition, and contrast.
  You are an expert at “The Hook.” You understand how to arouse curiosity or a sense of urgency by combining an eye-catching image with little text.
  You control emotional triggers and facial gestures. You are skilled at choosing or creating the ideal “hero” image that appeals to a human audience.
  In close collaboration with the Channel Intelligence Lead, you evaluate the outcomes of A/B tests and improve your ideas using real performance data.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- Technical Agility: You are an expert user of generative AI and a master of the Adobe Suite. You don’t become fixated on tools; instead, you employ whatever produces the best results the quickest.
