  • The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has released Brief Notification No. 18/2026 for the direct recruitment of Forest Beat Officers in the Andhra Pradesh Forest Subordinate Service. A total of 23 provisional vacancies have been announced. Candidates who have passed Intermediate or an equivalent examination can apply, subject to the detailed notification and physical requirements.

    The online application process will begin on 16 October 2026 and continue until 5 November 2026, 11:59 PM. The recruitment will be conducted through a single-level online Computer Based Recruitment Test, followed by the required physical and medical assessments.

APPSC Forest Beat Officer Exam Pattern 2026

The recruitment examination will consist of a single-level examination. APPSC has stated that no separate Screening Test will be conducted, regardless of the number of applications received.

The examination will be conducted in online Computer Based Recruitment Test mode. If the examination is conducted in multiple sessions, the Commission may use a normalization process wherever necessary.
