As a Counsellor, you’ll play a key role in understanding learner needs, recommending the right plans, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building long-term learner relationships.
This is a people-first role where your ability to listen, empathize, and recommend solutions will directly impact both learner success and company growth.

What you will do
- Any skills related to the role
- the selected Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
- Interact with leads through calls and chats, and walk them through the learning journey.
Turn trial users into paying learners by grasping their needs and establishing trust through consultative discussions.
Walk learners through the onboarding process and clearly explain how to use the platform.
Address learner questions, worries, and feedback with empathy and a professional approach.
Work together with Tutors, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance the learner experience.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for trial conversion and retention.
Keep precise records of interactions and deliver performance reports.
Education Required:
Any Graduation
Any stream
Fresher’s
Experienced also
skills
A bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years of experience in counselling, sales, customer support, or EdTech.
Excellent communication abilities in English, both spoken and written.
Capable of building trust, showing empathy toward learners, and addressing objections effectively.
Results-driven, with the capacity to meet targets within deadlines.
At ease with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital communication platforms.
