Education Required:

Engineer-Civil

Candidates must have a Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. The prescribed age limit is not exceeding 30 years.

Tutor – Nursing College

Candidates require M.Sc. Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, along with the specified experience in a recognized Nursing College. Registration as a Nurse with the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council is also required.

Nursing Officer

The notification accepts specified B.Sc. Nursing qualifications or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing along with the required nursing registration. Certain candidates with a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery are also required to have the specified hospital experience.

Medical Record Officer

A Bachelor’s degree and Diploma in Medical Record Technology are required, along with two years of experience in Medical Record keeping from a hospital.

Assistant Accounts Officer

Candidates need a degree from a recognized university or institute and two years of experience in cash, accounts and budget work in the specified organizations.

Group C Posts

The Group C positions have different qualification requirements. For example, the Technician-Non Medical post accepts a Science degree with specified experience or 12th Science with the prescribed diploma and experience.

For Pharmacist, candidates need 12th with Science, a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy and registration with the State Pharmacy Council.

For Personal Assistant, candidates need to have passed Class 12 and meet the prescribed skill-test norms for dictation and transcription.

For Attendant-Medical, the required qualification is Class 12 with Science. For the Incinerator Operator, the qualification is Class 10 with an ITI certificate course or equivalent certificate from a recognized institute.

BMHRC Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

The standard upper age limits mentioned in the notification are:

Group B posts: Not exceeding 30 years
Group C posts: Not exceeding 27 years

The crucial date for determining age, educational qualification and experience is 16 October 2026, the closing date for applications.

Age relaxation is available to eligible reserved categories and other specified categories according to applicable Government of India rules. The notification specifies, among others:

SC/ST – 5 years
OBC – 3 years
PwBD – 10 years
PwBD + OBC – 13 years
PwBD + SC/ST – 15 years

BMHRC Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

For the Personal Assistant Group C post, the advertisement also specifies a skill test.
