- A Support Engineer’s main duty on an average day will be to resolve customer issues via a range of customer contact channels, such as web/live chat, email, and the phone. By carefully collaborating with customers to delve deeply into the underlying cause of an issue, you will employ sophisticated troubleshooting techniques to deliver customised solutions for our clients and enhance customer experiences.
In addition to working on a wide range of technical problems, an AWS Support Engineer may also coach and mentor new hires, create and deliver training, collaborate with development teams on challenging problems or contact deflection campaigns, take part in new hires, write tools or scripts to assist the team, or collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and process improvement to guarantee improved customer experience and adherence to international AWS standards and practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
0–1 years of expertise in network administration, dev-ops, big data analysis, database design and optimisation, or Linux systems administration. Experience with Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP programming and scripting; troubleshooting and support
Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities
A foundational understanding of operating systems and Linux/Unix system management (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc.) are preferred qualifications. fundamental understanding of databases and networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
Strong multitasking and customer-focused abilities; familiarity with cloud computing
Self-starter with a passion for technology
