What you will do

  • • Handle inbound customer chats/calls efficiently.
    • Adapt to a 24/7 work environment and be flexible with rotational shifts.
    • Provide accurate information about Blinkit services, order statuses and delivery timelines.

    Preferred candidate profile –

    • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th pass) .
    • Bachelors degree preferred.
    • Prior experience in customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).
