What you will do

  • Reporting & Support:

    Updating trackers/dashboards/internal tools with daily operations data
    Escalating any exceptions to the correct team quickly and keeping up to date until resolved.
    Supporting the rest of the operations team with scheduling, data input and one-off requests.
    Candidate Profile:
    0-3 years experience in an operations/logistics/coordination role. Freshers are welcome if the right aptitude is shown.
    Confident with working on trackers, spreadsheets and using various internal tools.
    A very organised and methodical individual who can manage multiple tasks.
    Good written and verbal communication skills. Reliable set-up for working remotely.
