JOB ROLE: Process Executive (Remote)
Location - Partial Work from Home,Banagalore
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This job is in BPO service line
- Selected candidates need to work on Customer Support role
- You have to work on SLAs
- Basic knowledge on Computer and MS excel is advantage and experience on R2R processes added advantage
- You have to Perform day to day operational tasks
- You are responsible for Transport as per agreed timelines
- You have to Follow to SLA’s
- You must Classify and execute process improvement opportunities
Education Required:
- BSc
- B.Tech
- 2018,2019,2020,2021 & 2022
Skills Required:
- Communication skills in English
- Good sql skills
- Customer centric.
- Flexible to night shifts
