JOB DESCRIPTION:

      • This job is in BPO service line
      • Selected candidates need to work on Customer Support role
      •  You have to work on SLAs
      • Basic knowledge on Computer and MS excel is advantage  and experience on R2R processes added advantage
        1. You have to Perform day to day operational tasks
        2. You are responsible for Transport as per agreed timelines
        3. You have to Follow to SLA’s
        4. You must Classify and execute process improvement opportunities

Education Required:

 
  1. BSc
  2. B.Tech
  3. 2018,2019,2020,2021 & 2022

Skills Required:

    •  
      • Communication skills in  English
      • Good sql skills
      • Customer centric.
      • Flexible to night shifts
