JOB ROLE: Associate - Customer Service
Location - WORK FROM HOME
Strengthening relationships allows consultants in this position to: support for common questions about billing. Verify customer account information by consulting client records. Determine possible client needs, then suggest remedies. Make follow-up calls to clients to make sure their needs are fulfilled effectively. hone your problem-solving skills: To identify the causes and remedies, use customer databases, knowledge bases, and technical tools. Teamwork: Discuss escalations with client departments (test desk, field service, dispatch). When necessary, make a technician appointment. enhancing technical abilities: Attend training sessions pertaining to your position, including those for new hires and refreshers, product cross-training, and product updates.

- Computer keyboarding basics and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) – Experience providing technical support to direct client contacts – Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities.
