• Delivering an exceptional customer experience to our users. A key component of our objective is to ensure that Revolut users feel secure while using our service.
• delivering first-rate customer service through our in-app live chat, phone, and email systems.
• Constantly representing Revolut online.
• Working together internationally with other teams to address any concerns that customers may have
Education Required:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
Skills Required:
- • C1 proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s or comparable degree
• Superb communication abilities
• The capacity to communicate complicated concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent numeracy, IT, and writing abilities
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail abilities
