What you will do

  • New Bus Services onboard Data preparation, strategy discussion, rule configuration, communication with GDS to activate services, and sanity check after activation are all part of the Dynamic Pricing Engine.

    · Performance Management: To maintain a high level of BO service performance, assess configured parameters and adapt tactics in response to shifting market circumstances.

    
    · System & Process Improvement: Determine system and process gaps, help close them by producing excellent process documentation, and provide the Data Science team with pertinent information.

    · Strategy Implementation: Set up strategies according to needs.

    · Service Monitoring & Intervention: Rapidly evaluate several data points to modify fares produced by an automated dynamic pricing engine in order to maximize revenue while maintaining strict process adherence.

    Respond to inquiries or requests for price changes on Bus Operator WhatsApp groups in accordance with SLA requirements.
