What you will do

• Manage data syndication for Syndigo clients by utilizing the software tools and procedures that Syndigo offers.
• Examine and evaluate the documentation and requirements for eCommerce endpoints.
• Use customer account credentials to set up customer instances/tenants and configure endpoints.The Syndigo system’s customer product content is retrieved and mapped to the relevant eCommerce platform.
• Match product categories and attributes to endpoints and customer data models.
Verify the accuracy of the data and adherence to end-point specifications.
• Work with internal teams and customers to identify and fix mapping and validation problems.
• Ensure precise data entry into the Syndigo Product Information Management (PIM) system by keeping an eye on item and channel feedback.
• Offer Level 1 and Level 2 customer service via email and a ticketing system.
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- • 0–2 years of operations management experience, specializing in data mappings, transformations, and API connectors.
• A solid technological foundation in PIM and syndication settings, including integration tools and systems.
• Expertise in API administration, mapping standards, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and integration platforms.
• A strong grasp of data flows, enterprise architecture, and best practices for system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to efficiently troubleshoot technical problems.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• The capacity to cooperate with cross-functional teams while working autonomously.
