Education Required:
For Graduate Trainee position : Undergraduate courses with a Finance background (BCom, BBA, BBM).
· 50% cut-off – 10th, 12th and Graduation.
· No backlogs and Gap years.
For Executive Position : Candidates from B.com, BBM, M.com or MBA (Finance) background
· Good knowledge on Mutual funds, Stocks, and other financial products
The Role is Virtual Technical Support (VTS) – It is a Work from Home model for Indian citizens. VTS deals with Devices & Digital content.
The Digital Content is like amazon prime video etc
As a VTS associates are expected to work from a home location approved by Amazon for all scheduled hours.
You will be responsible for the associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and a work-like environment at the home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
You must be Action-oriented, self-disciplined, and organized.
You have Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards.
You are Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers

You need to do SLA Process compliance, Resource Planning, Business process improvement
You must have Knowledge of operation management.
You need to Driving Daily/Weekly/Monthly Governance calls with client.
You have to Prepare/review the process definition & documentation for the specific process within purview to enable manager to finalize the TO BE Process
You have to Co-Ordinates and conduct training for the team in order to ensure right skilling
You need Monitors/ ensures process compliance and periodically updates SOP changes as required as part of the quality plan in order to ensure adherence to process steps
You should Resolves escalations from the process owners in order to ensure strong customer relationships
You need to Provide feedback on error transaction and conducts RCA with help of quality SPOC
You will be Self-starter, having a proactive approach in terms of process improvement, identifying risks and engaging client. You are Ability to handle multiple tasks and adherence to on time delivery.
