This year’s on-stage, on-ground Final Rounds (Cluster and National) are back for the thrilling 21st edition of the Tata Crucible for corporate executives, providing the heart-pounding event that every quiz fan has been waiting for. Tata Crucible extends an invitation to you to embark on this incredible journey and push the limits of knowledge with greater rewards, exhilarating challenges, and unparalleled chances to demonstrate genius!

What you will do
- All new graduates and full-time, legitimate working professionals across the country, from a variety of corporate entities, organizations, public or private sector businesses, government departments or institutions, start-ups, and other professions, are eligible to take the quiz.
This competition is completely free to enter, and in order to make participation in a virtual format easier, we encourage individual participation rather than team participation.
Participants from an organization may take the quiz in an unlimited number of ways.
- All new graduates and full-time, legitimate working professionals across the country, from a variety of corporate entities, organizations, public or private sector businesses, government departments or institutions, start-ups, and other professions, are eligible to take the quiz.

REWARDS
- The champion of the National Finale will be awarded cash prize of Rs. 2.5 lakhs*, in addition to the coveted Tata Crucible Trophy.
- The national winner and runner-up will receive a Taj Holiday voucher worth Rs. 1 lakh*.
- At the cluster finals, winners will be awarded prizes of Rs. 35,000*, while runners-up will receive Rs. 18,000* each.
- The top 6 finalists who qualify for and compete in each of the 12 Cluster Final rounds will receive a certification* on Coursera (1 per person).
- Grand prize: Harvard Business School Online Certification for every Cluster Champion.
