JOB ROLE :Customer Support Analyst
Location - PERMANANT WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You are Going to Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via WA, email or phone
- You will Identify customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- You have to Analyze and reporting product discrepancies
- You need to Monitor the customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- You have to Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- You should Follow up with customers to ensure their issues (including basic technical) are resolved
- You must have Interpersonal skills to interact positively with people who may be upset or stressed.
- You Must have Solid Customer Support skills
- You should have Excellent at Query Resolution
- You Should have basic technical knowledge
- You must have Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and good typing skills.
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any Stream
Skills Required:
- Communication skills in English
- Good Negotiation skills
- Customer centric skills
