What you will do

Work together with Salesforce clients and potential clients to finish security and compliance surveys.
White papers and other security and compliance documentation that are visible to customers should be kept up to date.
Oversee client security assessments from beginning to conclusion while collaborating across time zones.Based on demands from customers, give the Product Management organization insightful feedback.
Establish and keep up a thorough knowledge base for sales and customer success teams on security and compliance across various Salesforce services.
Encourage the creation of internal sales and customer success teams’ security and compliance training programs.
Prepare evidence documentation for audits to guarantee that customers are audit-ready.
Improve processes by utilizing the SFDC platform.
As a team, work both independently and cooperatively.
Education Required:
Any Graduation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field
Graduate/Post-Graduate/Diploma in Information Security or Cyber Security
0-3+ years of experience in supporting RFPs/RFIs for large customers across industries, focusing on security and compliance, within a Global On-demand environment

0–3+ years of experience overseeing cloud security questionnaires and application security and risk assessments
solid knowledge of the several cloud security certifications (e.g., CSA CAIQ, SOC 2, ISO 27K, PCI-DSS, etc.)
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to adhere to strict deadlines
Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking
Excellent research and analytical abilities
