What you will do

  • Under the direction of senior team members, assist with the entire hiring process.

    Find applicants using social media, LinkedIn, job boards, employee recommendations, and other channels.

    
    Examine resumes and perform preliminary screening of candidates.

    Arrange and plan the candidates’ and hiring managers’ interviews.

    Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases up to date.

    Help in creating and publishing job descriptions on different job boards.

    Ensure that candidates have a positive experience by following up and communicating promptly.

    Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
