Work that you will performYou will be expected to respond to and handle inbound calls, chats, webforms, voicemails, emails, and faxes from Deloitte workers located all over the world in this help desk role. • The capacity to transition between several nations and cultures (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
Education Required:
Diploma
B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/ ( Other non-engineering graduation/Diploma: 0-2 yrs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical skills.
