    Work that you will perform

     

    You will be expected to respond to and handle inbound calls, chats, webforms, voicemails, emails, and faxes from Deloitte workers located all over the world in this help desk role. Payroll, time and expense, benefits, and any other Talent (HR) related questions will need to be answered by you.

What you will do

    • Any skills related to the role
    • the selected Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
    • • Respond to incoming communications (voicemails, emails, chats, web forms, and calls).
      • Keep abreast of outage and knowledge update warnings that are sent out as needed.
      • Follow the contact quality requirements.
      • Outstanding decision-making abilities to guarantee maximum client pleasure.
      • Outstanding troubleshooting abilities to identify and fix client problems and requests.
      • In every engagement, exhibit outstanding customer service abilities and a positive attitude.
      • Always aim to reach or surpass the objectives/KPIs. • Show adaptability by working a variety of shifts. This staff works around the clock.
      • The capacity to transition between several nations and cultures (Americas, EMEA, APAC)

Education Required:

Diploma

B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/ ( Other non-engineering graduation/Diploma: 0-2 yrs.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
    • You should have strong attention to detail 
    • You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
    • You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical skills.

    •  • Ability to adapt change. Customer Service attitude.
