You will collaborate closely with seasoned professionals in this position and be exposed to a variety of computer systems and hardware. You will take part in the installation and configuration of computer hardware and software, as well as offer support and assistance in identifying and fixing technical problems.

What you will do

- Help identify, diagnose, and fix hardware and software problems
Replace malfunctioning parts as part of periodic computer system maintenance and repairs.
Install, set up, and test peripherals and computer hardware
Help with network security system upkeep and monitoring.
Investigate network problems and make any required replacements or fixes.
Help in the installation of firewalls, switches, and routers for computer networks.
Give end users prompt, effective technical support.
Work together as a team to make sure SITA systems run smoothly.
Maintain thorough records of all repairs, maintenance, and inventories.
Keep abreast on the most recent developments in computer hardware technology and market trends.
Education Required:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English

- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
