Responding to consumer requests and questions via chat, email, or social
Reaching SLAs (contractual metrics) and contact center statistics
Respecting data security guidelines and non-disclosure agreementscompleting the e-courses and upskilling required by each program
Participating in coaching sessions and making sure suggestions are put into practice
100% adherence to the schedule, no absences, and a constructive role in minimizing program shrinkage

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Additional Skills Needed:
outstanding proficiency in both written and spoken English.
strong typing and analytical abilities.
the ability to work nights and other shifts.
Candidates must live within a 25-kilometer radius of our office.
Extra Details
Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai, or Bhopal are possible places to work.
Timings: Five or six days a week, eight hours including a one-hour break.
Benefits: Taxi services are offered (within 25 kilometers of the office).
