What you will do

Participate in the analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting of CSG products as well as the execution of simple fixes and support resolution tasks.
Use Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines to help with builds and deployments.
Participate actively in locating system problems and conducting root cause analysis.
Carry out simple code fixes and assist with defect resolution tasks.
Maintain system logs and documentation by working together with engineers and R&D teams.
Use Linux/Unix shell scripting to carry out basic system administration chores and take part in rotating on-call assistance for important production problems and fixes.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree OR a Diploma in Computer Science, Information technology or a related field or equivalent.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience

- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
A bachelor’s degree or a diploma in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline is required.
0.5 to 1 year of experience in technical operations, software development, or application support.
exposure to cloud systems like AWS or Azure and relational databases like SQL/PLSQL.
knowledge of programs like Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
basic familiarity with shell scripting or Python.
Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English in a professional setting
