JOB DESCRIPTION:

What if your innate ability to converse naturally could directly enhance AI’s ability to interact with millions of people? To assess AI-generated chats and make sure they seem really human, useful, and understandable, we are seeking Conversation Quality Analysts.
Anyone with excellent communication skills and a keen sense of quality is eligible for this entirely remote, flexible contract position. All you need is a dependable internet connection and a sincere understanding of how effective communication flows. AI, linguistics, or technological knowledge are not necessary.

What you will do

- Examine and assess AI-generated dialogues on a range of subjects and situations.
  Evaluate answers for conversational flow, tone, helpfulness, and naturalness.
  Determine the overall quality of several conversation paths by comparing them.
  Using written remarks and rating rubrics, give organized, thorough feedback.
  Work on your own schedule, autonomously, and asynchronously.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Both recent graduates and seasoned applicants are welcome to apply.

- Excellent reading comprehension and an innate grasp of how a conversation should flow
  Capable of objectively evaluating quality and concisely articulating your reasoning
  Consistent and meticulous—you use the same criteria for a lot of content
  Self-driven and dependable while working on their own
  No prior knowledge of linguistics, AI, or content evaluation is necessary.
  Good to Have
  Experience in writing, editing, communicating, or working with customers
  Research, critical analysis, and quality assurance experience
  Knowledge of chatbots or AI tools as a regular user
