The required educational qualifications and experience differ according to the position. Candidates should ensure they meet the specific requirements for the post they wish to apply for.

1. Junior Consultant – Clinical Psychologist

Candidates must possess a postgraduate qualification in Psychology with clinical exposure. The notification requires 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical or organizational setting, or two years of experience as a psychologist at an IAF boarding centre. Certain additional qualifications and aviation psychology experience are desirable.

2. Junior Consultant – Airport Systems

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Electronics and Instrumentation. The required experience is 3–5 years in project management, execution, tendering or related electronics systems work.

3. Consultant and Associate Consultant – Bird & Wildlife Management

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Wildlife Science, Zoology, Environmental Science, Life Sciences or a related field.

Consultant: 5–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Associate Consultant: 0–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Experience in airport wildlife hazard management is desirable for the Consultant position.

4. Junior and Associate Consultant – Obstacle Management & Aerodrome Safeguarding

A degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Junior Consultant: 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Associate Consultant: 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Experience with land records, surveying, GIS tools and survey instruments is specified in the notification.

5. Consultant – Horticulture

Candidates must possess a postgraduate qualification, preferably an M.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture, or an equivalent qualification. The notification requires 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant discipline, preferably with exposure to landscape and aesthetics.

6. Senior Consultant – Law

Applicants must possess a professional law degree, either a three-year regular course after graduation or a five-year integrated regular course after Class 12. Candidates should be eligible for enrolment as an advocate with the Bar Council of India and must have 8–10 years of post-qualification legal experience.

7. Consultant – Content Writer

Candidates must meet one of the following educational requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism or English Literature from a recognized university; or

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with a master’s degree in Mass Communication or Journalism.

The position requires 5–8 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting or editorial roles. Experience creating long-form content, audiovisual scripts, social media articles, blogs and marketing materials is specified.

8. Consultant – Graphic Designer

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with an advanced diploma or degree in Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or a related field.

The notification requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a strong portfolio and experience in leading design projects or managing creative teams.

9. Consultant – Video Editor

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline along with a diploma or degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Animation or a related discipline.

The required experience is 5–8 years in professional video editing, preferably in television, advertising, digital media, broadcasting or creative agencies.

10. Junior and Associate Consultant – Technical

Candidates must hold a full-time regular bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Junior Consultant: 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Associate Consultant: 0–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
