This project coordinator role involves centralized allocation of edit, QC, and graphics tasks. It encompasses half of the scientific team, making it a broad role that requires allocating projects for 45-50 accounts and a similar number of resources.

What you will do
- Responsibilities
- Coordinate with account managers for clear project instructions
- Find and allocate the best resources for projects
- Follow up to ensure timely project completion by resources
- Adjust allocations based on dynamic project requirements
- Provide necessary reports
Education Required:
- University Degree in any subject (Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biological Sciences preferred)
- Knowledge of project management fundamentals
- 0-2 years of planning and/or management experience

- Stakeholder management: Since the project coordinator will be interacting with account managers and scientific team across multiple client accounts, s/he will need to have strongrapport building and stakeholder management skills
