What you will do

Perform all procedures and activities pertaining to payments or our Deel-branded debit cards with efficiency.
Review and enter data in our system accurately, making sure that it is consistent and precise.
Help our clients with questions or concerns regarding payments or debit cards
Organise client requests and issues in coordination with our external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Contribute payment or debit card knowledge to enhance workflows, automation, and user experience.
Make and keep up with process documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
You have worked in a high-volume output operations team for 0–4 years; your rank and title will depend on how much experience you have.
Ideally, you’ve worked for a resilient startup, particularly in the FinTech sector.
You communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
You approach problem-solving in an organised manner and are data-driven.
You pay close attention to details and are extremely well-organised.
When collaborating with both internal and external teams, you maintain a service-oriented approach.
You are prepared to work longer hours when we are busy, which is usually at the end of the month.
You can retain accuracy and quality while working in a very fast-paced workplace.
You can work freely and uphold integrity in a completely remote organisation.
