JOB DESCRIPTION:
- based on in-depth understanding of DN-serviced products and solutions, offers technical assistance to DN Services, Service Partners, and Customers. The DN Incident & Problem Management process’s starting point for organized problem solving. finds, evaluates, deals with, and fixes technical issues. supports both enhancement projects and technical escalations. adopts and offers technical product training, and makes sure that service-relevant information is communicated to and received from country services units. creates, implements, maintains, and offers guidance on standard operating procedures and service processes. initiates, oversees, or provides assistance for programs and initiatives aimed at improving customer, fleet, and product performance.

learns about the principles, procedures, and practices of service support.
examines and abides by the company’s policies and procedures regarding case management and product support.
carries out routine Product Support tasks under supervision, such as: collaborating with senior team members to comprehend product difficulties and problems that customers have identified.
troubleshooting issues (e.g., with corporate software, customer setup, or other integration points).
assisting the development of materials and helping with customer and/or technician training.
locating and fixing problems that keep clients from fully benefiting from the company’s goods and services.
ensuring appropriate customer and internal service provider follow-up.
escalates difficult and significant problems to the team lead, senior team members, and/or the appropriate resolution groups.
offers technical assistance on-site and works with other parties to find solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Support.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
