JOB DESCRIPTION:

    will handle all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, required languages are Hindi and English.

    All selected guyz shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi

  • NUMBER OF VACANCIES ARE 1500

Selection Process

    • 1sr roud= HR Round
    • 2nd round =Functional round
    • 3rd round= Psychometric test
    • 4th round= Typing test – 25/90(Minimum)
    • 5th round = Voice Versant test – Level 4 Minimum

Education Required:

  • Any Graduation
  • Any Streams
  • Fresher’s
  • Experienced

    the Experience & Graduate both can apply.

    the Experienced candidates must have minimum 1 year documented experience  in any customer service   

              BPO/SALES/MARKETING/HOSPITALITY/AVIATION/COUNSELOR)  

    all Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.

    you will have  Six days working/ rotational off

SALARY :

Agent – 14,500(Freshers) and 15,500 to 20,500 K(Exp) CTC/Per month basis fresher and experience.
