- Background: Corporate clients can perform a lot of their banking tasks from the convenience of their homes thanks to the various features that ICICI Bank Phone Banking offers. The phone banking officer is in charge of giving clients excellent service for whatever banking, financial, or investing needs they may have.
Goal of the Job: The role will be in charge of answering consumer calls on a daily basis in order to provide effective customer care. Cross-selling banking products to our current clients over the phone is another requirement of this role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
