JOB DESCRIPTION:
In your role as a content transformation editor, you will assist in transforming verified source material—mostly video courses, transcripts, speaker decks, and expert assets—into readable, organised, and reader-ready products that adhere to Packt standards and read naturally. AI-assisted workflows will speed up transformation, but you will be in charge of reviewing, editing, and improving the result to make it accurate to the source, current, legible, cohesive, and useful for tech professionals.
Delivering dependable, well-organised V2B (Video-to-Book) and derived-content outputs on schedule, seeing problems early, and promptly implementing feedback are all necessary for success in this position.

Utilise Packt’s AI capabilities to transform courses into lucid written manuscripts while maintaining helpful expert insight, real-world examples, and instructional aim. Check for content quality, flow, and repetition.
Make sure each chapter has the proper captions, directions, examples, summaries, transitions, introductions, and reader guidance.
AI-assembled on-demand video courses should be reviewed for editorial quality, flow, and completeness. AI-flagged moments should be checked, and the final product should be approved for publishing.
Examine and review ingested expert content to make sure it is transformed into understandable, traceable, and retrievable insight units that enhance the calibre of AI-generated responses in our corpus offering.
