JOB ROLE:Call Center Executive
Location - Permanent Work From Home
You need to Answer incoming / outgoing calls in an efficient & courteous manner with proper opening and closing.
2. You need to Identify merchant questions, concerns, and overall needs.
3. You need to Provide accurate answers and solutions to queries with proper tagging.
4. You need to Address Merchant complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
5. You need to Share learnings, experience with other Team Members.
6. You need to Escalate critical issues to Team Leader.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must know basic Hindi + one of Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Telugu, Bengali
You Should have own Laptop, Stable Internet Connection, Covid 19 2 Doses Of Vaccination Complete, Should have all the basic documents like PAN, Aadhaar, Education, Work Experience etc.
Notice Period – You Should be able to join immediately
- 12th pas
- ANY DEGREE
You must have basic Hindi + one of Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, Telugu, Bengali
You must have Excellent written & verbal skills
