BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Have outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking
Possess strong learnability
Listen intently and handle objections skillfully.
Possess a strong focus on the needs of the consumer and the flexibility to respond to various situations
Be adaptable, receptive to criticism, and a team player.
Capacity to focus, multitask, and efficiently manage time
Speak Hindi and English. 10+2 is required. 0–1 years of job experience in a customer-facing position
Proficiency in both spoken and written South Indian languages is ideal.
