Managing email queries and voice messages.

Keeping trackers and other MIS reports up to date. Capable of handling 50 to 60 inbound calls each day.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
Robust verbal and written communication abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
Capacity to learn and remember information.
Capable of working under pressure with deadlines.
