  ITSM Tools (CA Service Desk, HPSM, BMC Remedy, and ServiceNow)
  Active Directory (Account Unlock, Password Reset, User Management)
  Support for Microsoft Office and O365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  Troubleshooting Windows OS (7/8/10) and Desktop
  Citrix, VPN, and Exchange Support
  Troubleshooting Hardware and Networks (LAN, Printers, Devices)
  Remote troubleshooting for printers, laptops, desktop computers, and mobile devices
  Basics of SCCM, patch management, and antivirus
  Chat, Email, and Voice (Superb Communication Skills) Understanding of ITIL Procedures

Education Required:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Science from a recognized university in:

* Wildlife Science
* Zoology
* Ecology
* Environmental Science
* Geoinformatics
* Life Sciences
* Agriculture
* Forestry

* 3-Year Diploma in Engineering

Desirable Qualification

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in:

* Wildlife research
* Biodiversity assessment
* Ecological field surveys
* Camera trapping
* Telemetry
* GIS and Remote Sensing
* Data analysis and management
* Technical report preparation

Age Limit

* Maximum Age: 50 Years

Age Relaxation

* SC/ST Candidates: 5 Years
* OBC Candidates: 3 Years
