- These are extraordinary jobs reserved for people who have graduated within the last six months or who will graduate from their first undergraduate degree within the next year.

What you will do
- Assist team members with HR by responding to inquiries about their jobs and contracts, raising concerns as needed, and fielding team members’ queries.
- Requests may contain details on the onboarding and new hire procedure, queries about international benefits, job verifications, and other general topics.
- Maintain our HRIS, making sure that all team member changes and new hires are processed with a high degree of correctness and promptness.
- Taking charge of international projects (such training, engagement, or cultural programmes)
collaborating with managers and staff to advance the people strategy and support - HR procedures in your areas of responsibility
serving as a genuinely worldwide partner to coworkers, particularly managers, executives, and leads - Handle new hiring procedures, such as preparing files, setting up systems, organising introduction reviews, and creating documentation for onboarding relevant to each country.

- An outstanding record of performance in both high school and, ideally, college
- Prior experience in an entry-level HR/people team position is advantageous, especially in the technology sector.
